Abstract

|
In very rare case of the primary empty sella syndrome we reviewed etiology, clin-ical symptoms and signs, mechanism of making cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and visual field defects, hormonal deficit and treatment.
Also we compared differences of primary and secondary empty sella syndrome.
